i got it from running but i haven’t run for weeks now. i took an entire week off from doing any sort of exercise at all the week of thanksgiving and last week i just walked my dog and lifted weights. i just went snowboarding today thinking it wouldn’t hurt but it did. it wasn’t bad pain but the joint tired very quickly. when will this damn thing go away?!?!?! should i be doing something else (beside ice pack/heat pack) for it?
