Thanks for the confidence. From the picture the skis are in good condition, Marker is a good brand of binding. The boots are the critical part of the package and they must fit your foot properly. As to a girly look to them, you need to out ski everyone and then everyone will want those skis. Elan is one of the best brands in the world, along with all the others that are mass produced. Depending on your ability, the length may be a factor. Have fun.

The only gripe I have with your question is that you’re dead set on which boots you’re getting. Bad.
Go to a boot fitter and choose your boots on the fly, Tell him what you want and he will get you boots that will fit your feet. He will also do any extra work you need such as building foot beds or molding liners. This is the most important thing you can do, ski boots aren’t “One size fits all”. Go to a boot fitter, let him choose your boots.
